£42,000 - £50,000 + Autonomy + Car Allowance + 25 Days Holiday + Pension

The role requires a strong manager with experience dealing with and overcoming challenging situations. Day to day you will lead the sales team, managing customers and their expectations. You will need to drive sales, develop team performance and actively maximise company growth.

The right person will have a strong background in cosmetics, ingredients or similar. Your knowledge and technical excellence in this sector will be drawn upon daily.

THE ROLE:

*Oversee, lead and inspire the sales team.

*Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships.

*Impart technical product knowledge.

*Liaise directly with the Managing Director.

*Based in Waterlooville.

THE PERSON:

*Experienced working in company transition.

*Strong leadership.

*A background in Ingredients, Cosmetics, Beauty or similar.
