Estimation Manager

Exeter (remote working option)£32,000 - £37,000 + Progression + Holiday + DevelopmentAre you an Estimator from a construction or M&E background, with experience leading a team, looking to join market leading renewable energy company at the forefront of this rapidly growing industry, where you will be given the opporunity to grow your own team?Do you want to work for a company that are at the forefront of the renewable energy sectors growth and have been steadily expanding over the last few years and are looking for someone to play a pivotal role in that growth?With multiple sites, this company have been going for over 20 years and specialise in the renewable energy industry. With increased government backing and a boom in the industry, they have grown from strength to strength, and continue to see ongoing year on year growth with extensive plans moving forward. As such they are now looking for an Estimation Manager to take on the responsibility from the Director and grow a team beneath them.In this role you will be based from the Exeter office, although will have the option to work from home sometime. You will work closely with the Design and Surveying teams to produce detailed project quotations. You will take data from the surveyors, analyse and proecss the data (mainly on excel) to produce detailed and accurate quotations for a range of projects. You will initially be overseeing a small team but will be heavily involved in recruitment and be able to grow the team around you.This is the perfect role for someone looking to join a rapidly growing company in a role that will give them the opportunity to recruit their own team.The role:

*Data analysis and using excel to produce detailed quotes

*Running a small team

*Recruit to grow the team around youThe person:

*Estimation experience

*Knowledge of plumbing, piping or similar mechanical systems - i.e: gas, biomass, plant room, etc.
