The role

This is a consulting role with an equal emphasis on technical delivery and strong client management. You will be the clients main point of contact for the scope, requirements and Salesforce solution, taking overall accountabilityas the Functional Consultant for individual projects, delivering client solutions using the Salesforce technology set. You will be hands on both in terms of client engagement and technology implementation. You will operate across the project lifecycle from presales & discovery through to development, test and training.

The Essentials: Ideally educated to Degree level or equivalent, we are open to strong candidates from all relevant educational backgrounds but you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Consulting experience, gained with a leading professional services or systems integration firm Expert knowledge and understanding of digital trends and challenges across industries, gained through project experience, contribution to thought leadership, articles, client recommendation, etc Proven experience in providing leadership on complex, digital and front-office transformation initiatives, working with and/or running mixed technical teams to deliver the work Demonstrable track record of helping to shape successful business development of digital and other front office business transformation initiatives Discovery and design workshops to identify and meet client requirements through relevant Salesforce solutions Build of Salesforce solutions using configuration Customisation of Salesforce using Apex and Visualforce / LEX Data migration and integration using data transfer tools End User Training and other user adoption activity Supporting Presales during development of new business with new or existing clients Producing proposals & working with Salesforce to present proposals Review of proposals during the presales process to ensure proposal accuracy Working with the commercial team to ensure a smooth handover in to Delivery processes Participate in recruitment activities where necessary Demonstrable hands-on CRM technology experience Relevant Salesforce.com certification Ability to travel throughout the UK and overseas
