Job Title: Installation ManagerBased: Pool, RedruthSalary: £27,500 - £30,000+ (depending on skills and experience)Job Type: Full Time, PermanentWorking Hours: 44.5 hours per week - Monday to Thursday 8am to 5.30pm and 8am to 5pm on FridayThis Cornish manufacturing company, which was established in 1985, are currently looking for an Installation Manager to join their team, based out of their factory and showroom in Pool, Redruth. They design, fabricate, and install conservatories, orangeries, windows, doors and glass balustrading for residential, commercial and trade customers. They have a large showroom displaying both bespoke and standard designs and pride themselves on their well-deserved reputation for innovative design, high quality products and excellent workmanship, followed up with genuine after sales service.The Role:You'll be responsible for the effective management of all aspects of installation, service calls and small works orders. This will include co-ordinating the procurement of materials, hired equipment and labour, and ultimately overseeing installations to their completion and ensuring project deadlines are met.You'll also be required to ensure effective scheduling of the fitting teams, service, and small works engineersKey Duties:Managing, scheduling, co-ordinating and organising all company installationsEnsuring all materials, equipment and labour are available to meet project deadlines and site-specific requirementsManage all material ordering for miscellaneous items and minor glazing works etc.Attend site for pre-installation checks, risk assessments and method statement preparation where necessaryPre-contract assessments with relevant team members, to ascertain all necessary detail in order to co-ordinate all aspects of contract execution.
