Logistics & Distribution CoordinatorCommutable from: Lincoln, Horncastle, Louth, Market Rasen, Sleaford, Boston£24,000 to £28,000 + Pension Scheme + Healthcare + Company BenefitsAre you from a Logistics and Distribution background looking to play a key role within an industry leading company that have an excellent reputation?On offer is an autonomous and varied role where you will have a direct impact on the ongoing success of the business. The company are part of a wider group that operate across the globe. They are specialists in the manufacture and supply of a range of products sold across the UK and overseas. This would suit someone with a proven background in Logistics Planning, Distribution and Supply Chain. The Role:

- Working closely with the Head of Distribution to achieve maximum efficiency in the supply of goods on time, correctly and to customer satisfaction

- Manage the company's 3rd party haulage partners, ensuring maximum efficiency and ensure electronic systems data and reports are up to date

- Ensuring continuous improvement of customer service performanceThe Person:

- Proven experience within a similar role (Logistics, Planning, Distribution)

- You will ideally have knowledge of: EU drivers' hours & working time directive, weighbridge processes & procedures, strong UK geographical knowledge
