My Client a Leading Charity is looking for a Senior Software Developer Drupal 7/8

Where will I be working?

You will be working as part of the Digital and Technology team which is at the heart of the companies work.

Over the next couple of years the company needs to migrate away from its Drupal 7 sites. We are in the process of moving our main organisational website to a decoupled architecture, powered by Drupal 8, and using React/NextJs for the frontend.

What will I be doing?

You will be responsible for the maintenance and development of the companies digital platforms ensuring sensible architecture decisions are made that are secure and maintainable. Working closely with a strong development team to provide innovative technical solutions to meet the needs of the organisation. There will also be direct line management and mentoring required of other software developers.

Is this job for me?

We're looking for a talented individual who can build a good rapport with stakeholders, who has managed small teams of people, and has extensive practical and demonstrable experience with Drupal 7/8.

Its Essential you have:

Strong experience with working with Drupal 7/8

Strong working knowledge of Agile processes and product teams

Solid understanding of client-side technology (CSS/HTML/JS)

Experience architecting and developing software solutions

Solid experience working with decoupled or headless CMS, Continuous integration pipelines and AWS would be desirable
