Excellent role on offer for an ambitious Structural Design Engineer looking to join an expanding, industry leading company that can offer tailored Progression to Director, Chartership training and a chance to develop your own division within the company.This company specialise in the design and implementation of high quality structural engineering design services working on prestigious projects across the South East. As a result of their industry notability and increased project workload they now seek a Structural Design Engineer to support their continued development of their regional offices.In this role you will be responsible for carrying out design and structural analysis of residential, commercial and civil infrastructure sectors. You'll be responsible for undertaking and managing projects from conception through to implementation generating your own client base and developing your own design team.The ideal person will be an experienced Structural Design Engineer with proven experience in leading projects from concept to completion. You will want to become a crucial part of a growing company developing a team beneath yourself, driving designs whilst you progress to director level.The Role:* Design of residential and commercial structures to British Standards

* Project Management of your own client portfolio.

* Producing submittals of designs that acknowledge Structural analysis and erection issues

* Progression and training available to Chartered Director

* Manage and develop your own design teamThe Person:* Civil / Structural Design Engineer with experience of structural analysis

* Experience of working on residential or commercial structures

* Proficient in use of design software (AutoCAD)

* Ideally will be chartered or working towards Chartership with the IStructE/ ICE
