This employer is an independent software and technology consultancy who have clients in the public and private sector. They pride themselves on their ability to deliver exciting new digital services for clients. They are able to support clients with their strategy, technical design, user experience, software development and delivery into live service. Their multidisciplinary teams have the drive, talent and creativity to take strategies from inception all the way through to successful business adoption

They are working with a government department transitioning a number of digital services to live and then will provide on-going support and enhancements. They provide their client with performance metrics, using Google Analytics, on service usage, user take up, successful (and unsuccessful) user journeys. They need to understand the current arrangements for Performance Tracking, highlight gaps in service use, and provide dashboards to aide reporting. And then test, scope and repeat as other services come on-board.

Government/GDS experience would be beneficial for this role

Responsibilities

- Meet set Key performance indicators (KPIs) and goals

- Assessing user needs and benefits

- Analyse the performance of a service or product against these

- Adapting your approach and framework appropriately and in line with any changes
