Operations Manager-FMCG Manufacturing £35-40K plus bonus Nottingham area, commutable from Nottingham, Derby, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Loughborough, Ashby De La Zouch, Long Eaton Are you an experienced Operations Manager from a SME FMCG manufacturing background looking for a permanent full time role with the medium to long term opportunity to become an Operations Director? This medium sized company are leaders in their niche field and are looking for a candidate to help support and grow the business so are looking for a strong leader with excellent people management skills. They have a history of success and a loyal client based meaning that they are recruiting even in this challenging market. The role will involve all the traditional Operations Management responsibilities such as staff management, quality, health and safety, continuous improvement and budget management. Also the company are undergoing a large software integration project. Although a lot of the work is outsourced it does require the candidate to be IT literate.
