UX Designer

Meet with internal and external customers to gather information about user interaction requirements

Effective communication skills to liaise with team members and clients to ensure that high quality end-user designs meet customer requirements

Work in collaboration with other UX designers, product and development teams across multiple locations

Create/enhance user personas, user journeys and application maps

Propose and create mock ups for visual concepts via wireframes and prototypes using specialist tools

Attend meetings to discuss and review progress on the project

Excellent problem solving skills

To be a concept thinker with a keen visual awareness and willingness to learn a multitude use cases

Knowledge of, coding and design principles

Excellent written communication skills, visual and verbal

An open, flexible and adaptable mindset to cope with a rapidly changing set of tasks

A willingness to keep up to date with software applications and new techniques in a rapidly changing profession
