Due to an ongoing expansion they are looking for someone that can help them to deliver a fantastic service by joining their Technical Support team.In this role you will be based from the office and will be responsible for dealing with customer questions and issues relating to their range of advance laboratory equipment. You will be provided full product training to ensure you develop specialist mnowledge of the equipment. The role will be to develop lasting relationships with customers, as the face of the business whenever they need support. If further support is required you will oversee servicing and repair projects to ensure that timescales are met and customers are satisfied with the service they have recieved. The company are looking for someone with a background in Life Sciences or laboratory equipment who has hands on experience using biomedical equipment. This si sa great opportunity to gain an indepth knowledge of how the machinery works and give you the opportunity to progress into other roles within this growing business.
