Software Applications Engineers - Imaging are urgently sought by this leading SoC development organisation to be based at their R+D Centre near Darmstadt or their R+D Centre near Munich. The Software Applications Engineers - Imaging will be responsible for developing software in C and C++ for embedded system based image sensors and ISPs used in image capture and photographic applications worldwide. The Software Applications Engineers - Imaging will work closely with customer development teams providing technical expertise and support including software design and on-site optimisation. After achieving your technical degree or equivalent you will have been developing embedded software using C and C++ (preferably with some knowledge of C++11 and 14). You should have in-depth exposure to embedded Linux and Linux build environments and have some interest in imaging, photography or image signal processing. Any background in the semiconductor industry would be beneficial. You also need strong German and English language skills.
