An innovative diagnostic company are seeking Sales Manager to lead the sales activities across multiple regions.

This is an excellent time to join this growing operation as involved in the development, manufacture and marketing of diagnostic test kits for human infectious diseases.

This is a full-time permanent position based in Dublin, with a strong salary, bonus and benefits.

As Sales Manager you will develop a high performance culture and design the sales plan for all products. Your responsibilities will include leading the sales activity and delivering on budget.

Day to day:

Monitor and grow customer accounts Effective strategic planning including preparing regular forecasts Lead activities across the sales department such as day to day management, budgetary and commercial controlsProvide proactive commercial strategy for local country and global regionsEffectively manage the introduction of product innovations to the market Participate in cross functional teams to ensure sales and operations efficiency Maintain accurate and timely records of all activities, reporting monthly to the CEO.Actively monitor market and report to management on areas such as competitor activities, existing and new products/services, pricing, and promotion strategies

If you are an experienced medical device or diagnostic sales professional, with excellent relationship and interpersonal skills, this could be the perfect role for you.

Experience required:

BSc or equivalent in relevant life sciencesSales experiences is a must, preferably in the diagnostics or life sciences industries Strong planning, organisation and work prioritisation skills.
