Business Analyst- Central Government

What will you be doing?

RPS are seeking a Business Analyst to work with our client who are a Central Government Organisation to aid their programme to deliver Business change. RPS are providing a team of experts and one Business Analyst who will be introducing business and analysis best practice and rigour to support the programme and the management of food and animal product import controls post EU-Exit.

To be considered, please have the following:

Experience: Demonstrable experience developing engagement plans and identifying business requirements. Candidates must have demonstrable experience of reviewing all business functions and determining a structure and maturity of processes. Must be confident in process mapping gaps as well as defining requirements. Must have experience of managing SME interviews and workshops. Experience of working in an Agile environment.

Skills: Significant stakeholder management experience to a senior level. Broad understanding of project management methodologies and tools to go with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

During lock down this role will be working from home but the role will be based in London with some travel required to other client locations.
