Cloud Infrastructure Specialist - Up to £56k - Manchester

We have an opportunity for an experienced Private Cloud Support Specialist to join a Global Technology Infrastructure Team.

What Technical Expertise will you need?

VMware products including - vCenter, ESXi 6.5 and above Cloud Foundation and vRealize Operations.Vmware VCP6-DCV Certification (strongly preferred)Coding in either of the following - PowerCLI, PowerShell, and/or Python or similar coding skills with ability to use such tools for the benefits of Automation preferred.Experience providing support for VMware vCenter and VMware ESXi 6.5 and above.Experience with PowerCLI, PowerShell and/or Python or similar coding skills.Windows and/or RHEL on virtual platforms.HP, Dell, and Cisco UCS server hardware technologies.

Desired Technical Skills (however non essential)-

Knowledge of Dell or HPE server hardware.Basic Windows and Linux.VCP6-DCV Certification (strongly preferred)Experience with Hyper-converged Solutions including - Nutanix, VMware Cloud Foundation and VMware vSAN.Experience working with ServiceFirst a plus.Experience in enterprise size financial organisation is preferred.
