An industry-leading organisation based in Hertfordshire are seeing an experienced Azure Data Engineer to join the team. You will be responsible for the architectural design and development of end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions using the BI Stack, with a primary focus on developing data models and data sources, including a centralised data lake.You will be working extensively with Azure PaaS technologies, and will be highly instrumental designing solutions which allow for efficient data extraction for further reporting and analysis in Power BI.This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Data Engineer to leverage their hands-on Azure experience in an environment where they can have real influence over the technological landscape.This is a permanent office-based position, although in the current climate you will be set up from home and work remotely until it is safe to travel.This role is paying up to £60,000, depending upon experience.Requirements:Strong SQL development experienceStrong ETL and data warehousing experienceExtensive experience with Azure Data Platform technologies - including Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory and Azure Data LakePower BI reporting experienceExperience with one of R, Python and SPSSNigel Frank are the go-to recruiter for Power BI and Azure Data Platform roles in the UK, offering more opportunities across the country than any other.
