Software Engineers - Tools are urgently sought by this leading developer of global positioning software to be based at their modern R+D centre in Eindhoven. The Software Engineers - Tools will be working as part of a team responsible for the development of highly advanced software tool-sets. These tool-sets will be used in maps for embedded navigation, ADAS and to support autonomous driving. The Software Engineers - Tools will be developing embedded software under Linux making use of open-source tooling. You will have a degree in Computer Science or equivalent and have a number of years post graduate experience developing embedded software under Linux using C, C++ (14/17) and Python. You must have a track record writing efficient software algorithms and have some exposure to the open source community. You need very strong English language skills and knowledge of Docker, complex SQL queries or Jenkins would be beneficial.
