A market leading supplier of the automotive industry is looking for a charismatic ASIC Architect with great organisational and people skills and a strong back ground in Analog Mixed Signal IC Design to technically lead the development of fully integrated automotive ASIC’s for a variety of automotive applications including power steering, airbag, electric vehicles, smart power and safety.In your position at ASIC Architect you will be involved in the full design cycle and meeting with the customer to define the ASIC requirement until product release. You will technically coordinate Design, Layout and other teams, around 30-40 people towards the realisation of ASIC’s for automotive applications in cooperation with the Project and Program Managers. As the successful ASIC Architect is industry degree qualified and has at least 5 years of experience in ASIC Development with a focus on Analog Mixed Signal and ideally from an automotive back ground from within a Semiconductor company. In addition to your technical skills in Analog Mixed Signal IC Design flow (Cadence, BCD, Calibre,…) you must have excellent team lead skills, interpersonal and organisational skills, as well as a good understanding of the system level of automotive ASIC’s.
