Sales Director - IT Industry My client is a global IT company offering collaboration solutions and IT-security for enterprise clients such as BMW, Deloitte, Bayer and Travelex. They are seeking a Sales Director to lead a team of 10 sales professionals across the DACH region. As Sales Director you will be leading from the front on new business, managing large sales projects and ensuring your team consistently hits sales targets for the region. Munich based. Sales Director Requirements:Proven experience in developing new business and closing large deals, across multiple industries, for IT solutions and collaboration software.Track record in hitting sales targets and leading a team to do the same.Able to build a sales pipeline yourself as well as see a strategic vision ahead.Native/fluent German with fluent English required.This is open to a Sales Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career as a Sales Director managing the DACH region.
