Marketing Manager (B2B - Part Time & Flexible Working)

Hawarden & WFH / Flexible

Entering an exciting new phase of growth and the opportunity has arisen to add an experienced part-time marketing professional to our growing team. You will support, and at times lead, the marketing and business development activities of the company. You will also guide the business with your knowledge and skills of your profession on how to engage with high quality potential customers to grow the revenue of the business.

Reporting directly to the Directors of the business, you will also engage with the whole team and support marketing and business development activities. You will also communicate directly with customers and external bodies.

Key responsibilities:

o Developing B2B marketing strategies to help deliver the overall company business development goals

o Digital and social media strategy to drive earned media: key channels being our website and LinkedIn. Including content planning, creation and management, as well as campaign evaluation and optimisation

o Competitive research and company bench-marking

o Creation of marketing materials to support the Business Development team and announce new launches/projects.

o Increasing company profile and awareness: competition, award and scheme entries

o Internal marketing training to client facing team members: lead and ensure consistency in the messaging, branding and positioning of the company

o Internal communications: supporting HR team

Skills Required:

o Industry experience not critical

o Proven track record of strategic marketing development in a B2B environment

o Communication and interpersonal skills

o Commercial awareness and business acumen

o Teamwork and the ability to gain cross functional business buy in to your proposals

o Drive and self-starter attitude

Knowledge and experience of IT and software systems, such CRM, Social Media Platforms, website Content Management Systems, Publishing Software, MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Project). Accounts / Enterprise software, CRM and other software experience desirable.
