They are looking for an experienced Support Engineer to help manage their small friendly team in Dalston.The Role:Oversee every aspect of Support & Repairs of Student EquipmentManage Support & Repairs EngineersEnsure all support & insurance calls are resolved in timely manner and to customer's satisfactionDevelop & implement standard communication emails to update customers on progress of their support ticketsOversee insurance submissionsEnsure delivery procedures are followed (Orders marked as delivered, ITFs, emailed serial keys)Maintain and update deployment systemDuties:PrimaryEnsuring prompt response to support calls and queries by the teamCollecting customer feedbackEnsuring repairs are proceeding within expected time scalesAllocation of repair jobs and monitoring completionAllocation of support jobs and monitoring completionProcessing of insurance jobs and monitoring completionResponding to allocated support callsMaintaining accurate records on Data BaseCarrying out Remote Health ChecksPerforming Remote SupportPhysical on-site repairs of computer equipment and printersAdditionalMaintain up-to-date installers on deployment systemPrepare machines for installation (power, network)DeploymentRecording Serial numbersCreating accurate order paperworkCourier BookingsDeliveries in/outThe Candidate:The successful candidate will be a team player with ability to motivate, organise work load and check completion of allocated tasks.
