Data Scientist (Python PyData Machine Learning Algorithm) *Remote Interview WFH*. Would you like to work on complex and interesting systems that provide daily challenges; collaborate with a friendly and upbeat team and improve your skills whilst progressing your career?

You could be joining a scale-up renewable energy trading real-time market data / trading platform. As a Data Scientist you'll collaborate with Machine Learning and Data Engineers to help create meaningful forecasts on the energy markets; building software tools to support the analysis of forecasts including statistics and data visualisations. Working across the full development lifecycle you'll devise test cases and conditions that automatically evaluate performance and determine their suitability for deployment and partner with test engineers to incorporate these into CI/CD systems.

You'll be working in a collaborative team environment in Cambridge, parking available. Excellent time to join as the company scales.

Driven by technology this company can offer a remote interview / onboarding process and work from home during the current social distancing measures with flexibility to work from home going forwards.

Requirements:

*Experience as a Data Scientist with a thorough understanding of data science fundamentals and the underlying maths of common algorithms and machine learning frameworks

*Strong analysis and problem solving abilities

*Python coding skills

*Good knowledge of data visualisation and data story telling

*Strong SQL with a good understanding of relational databases

*Collaborative with version control experience

*Degree educated, Computer Science or similar STEM discipline
