Python Developer London to £65k

Python Developer / Backend Software Engineer (Python REST API AWS) *Remote Interview WFH*. Would you like to advance your career, working with intelligent people in a supportive environment with training and flexible working?

As a Python Developer at this successful software house you will design and develop for the core product that provides TV streaming VOD products / applications to a range of broadcasters and media providers. You'll be developing high performance API centric applications within a microservices architecture, working with the latest technologies and making improvements to the overall engineering processes.

You'll be based in a fashionable area of London with plenty going on, cool modern offices with casual dress code and the latest kit; driven by technology this company can offer a remote interview / onboarding process and work from home during the current social distancing measures with 1-2 days a week WFH going forward).

Requirements:

Strong Python development experience

Experience of developing REST APIs as part of a microservice architecture

Good knowledge of AWS

Experience with ElasticSearch and databases such as NoSQL, Graph, RDBMS

Understanding of how to write performant applications that scale

Good understanding of Design Patterns and Data Structures

Collaborative with good communication skills, the desire to learn and share knowledge
