Exciting opportunity to join an established lettings and property management business based in Marylebone, London. We are looking for a motivated and organised person who is able to work under pressure whilst inspire trust and confidence in others. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Lettings with good prospects for progression as the business grows.

The Role

Negotiate the letting of property

Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from prospective tenants

Organising and conducting viewings with prospective tenants

Negotiating offers under line manager's direction

Conducting the tenant referencing process

Arranging for the completion of the relevant paperwork

Updating landlords and tenants as appropriate

Selling all company services strongly and ethically

Keeping detailed and accurate records of all activities on CRM system

Other associated duties as deemed necessary to assist the team
