innocent started with a simple mission: to make drinks that make it easy to do yourself some good. In 1999 we concocted a few smoothies in our kitchen and tested them on people at a music festival; today we're blending every type of fruit & veg under the sun and selling drinks right across Europe. We have great ambitions: to show the world that you can build a successful business that cares about more than just profit, and to leave things better than we find them. We're proud to call ourselves Europe's favourite little healthy drinks company, but we're still growing. And that means we need more brilliant people who share our ambition, to join in with the next, most exciting, part of our story.

what you'll be doing

At innocent we're enjoying an exciting period of growth, which means broadening our portfolio of on-premise and cloud-based solutions to keep up with the growing demand for new ways of working. We're looking for a IT Infrastructure Engineer to join us in delivering the IT infrastructure projects that will shape the future of the business.

This is a role for someone with very strong technical experience in the Microsoft Platform, extensive understanding of networking principles and a desire to leave things better than they find them. Bringing your expertise in IT infrastructure, you'll be a key member of the projects teams that will be delivering IT change across Europe and beyond, including our first manufacturing site.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has previously worked on large IT infrastructure rollouts and used their communication skills to deliver technical change with the support of 3rd party vendors. You'll be able to peer review others work and be the authority in IT infrastructure, whilst not being afraid to get hands-on making changes on the ground.

Working within the platform integrations team, and alongside our wider business operations team, you'll be responsible for delivering the technical change on a variety of projects from server configuration to end-user device setup. With strong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to produce BAU ready documentation you'll help bring these projects to an operational ready state.

This is a key role for us as you'll be part of a team that is crucial in helping us to deliver our IT roadmap, which in turn is key to the business achieving its ambitions for growth.

you'll have

Natural problem solver with great attention to detail who can also understand the bigger picture and apply that understanding to deliver simple solutions to complex problems.

Engaging, natural written and verbal communication skills - Experience working with cross functional teams and third-party suppliers.

Experience in delivering on-premise infrastructure change and providing 3rd line infrastructure support.

Principles of networking - network segregation/vLANs/IP addressing/firewalls.

Experience of managing virtual infrastructure on VMware 6.0 or higher.

Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2012 R2 or higher including Active Directory/DNS/DHCP.

Experience using Microsoft Azure Active Directory and other Microsoft cloud technologies.

you'll get

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a passionate and driven team, in a business enjoying rapid growth. The team is based in London and we support our European offices, so there's plenty of opportunity to travel.

You'll get to work with lots of teams across our business, delivering infrastructure change that will setup our business ready for a 24 hour global operation.

In return for everything you can bring, we can offer you an exciting, challenging role in a fast-growing and dynamic business. As well as the standard stuff you get for turning up for work, we have some great clubs, a free breakfast and as many smoothies as you can shake a stick at. If you think you have everything we're looking for and more, then we'd love to hear from you. You'll need to get your skates on though, as applications close soon.

Dolly Parton may have worked Nine to Five but you don't have to. We're open to a chat about flexible working. No promises, but we reckon that if it's good for you, then it's good for us.

We're all about building a workplace for the future here at innocent, we believe in equal opportunities and we celebrate diversity. We're an inclusive workplace, where everyone is welcome, everyone can be natural, and be the best versions of themselves.

You'll help us to keep doing business the right way - keeping innocent an inclusive and inspiring place to work, using our B Corp status to inspire wider change, and reinforcing our culture of staying little as we grow big.
