Here at innocent we're going through an exciting period with some major system transformations underway. While that's happening we also need to make sure we're keeping the show on the road, and that we continue to provide great service to the business, supporting all of the systems that help us create and deliver drinks all over Europe and beyond. We're looking for an application support manager to lead our small in-house application support team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a natural problem solver, who loves to get to the root of a problem and find solutions. Reporting to our service delivery lead you'll manage the 2nd/3rd line support and mentor the application support team. With some additional resource from specialist third party vendors, you'll support all of the business systems that keep innocent running. you'll have There's lots of change happening around here, so we are looking for someone who can show flexibility to adapt when necessary, has a sense of accountability and has; experience leading a technical team and a leadership style that inspires, so they perform at their best problem-solving skills, with the determination to find the root cause of problems, not just a quick fix on the symptoms attention to detail - ensuring that you don't miss a beat when things aren't running smoothie-ly great communication skills and the ability to explain the business impact of technical issues in a way we can all understand knowledge of Microsoft SQL with the ability to read and debug T-SQL code It'll really tip the scales in your favour if you have exposure to Microsoft development languages, experience managing third party providers and experience of cloud solution release cycle management. You'll get This role will give you the opportunity to work with people from all over innocent, on a wide range of solutions which are a mixture of cloud and on premise, off the shelf and bespoke. You'll get in depth knowledge of all the systems and processes that run a successful global FMCG business.
