You will need to be on familiar terms with NHS operations and key opinion leaders. You are well connected and respected in the NHS, bring in your network and understand the pressures facing General Practice. Excellent communication, networking and stakeholder management skills in addition to a strong entrepreneurial 'can-do' attitude are essential to be successful in this role.
