About the role
You'll develop our IT infrastructure while making sure our services are safely maintained and available to use at all times.
Joining our fast-paced, dynamic working environment, you'll provide second and third line support, develop our security platform and play an active role in our operations team, managing incidents and creating best practice processes for future guidance.
Learning and developing your skills is a key part of the role, as you'll introduce new infrastructure and systems while supporting our current services, which include Azure, Office 365 and AWS platforms.
About you
You will be responsible for application maintenance, documentation and support of SharePoint Online and Power Platform services. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team using Agile delivery methodologies, delivering solutions that meet user needs. You will also be the central point of expertise for SharePoint Online, proactively monitoring service and liaising with stakeholders to resolve issues identified. You will have a flexible approach, responding to changing business priorities
