Operations Manager (3-Shift)

£42,000 rising to £45,000 + Training + Autonomy + Holidays + Pension

The role would suit someone with a FMCG or similar background. Experience with HACCP, NEBOSH and Six Sigma will also be beneficial.

Day to day the role is based on a 3-shift pattern, mornings, afternoons and nights. You will be autonomous in running the operations, delivering on continuous improvement, coaching and inspiring the workforce.

THE ROLE:

* 6am - 2pm, 8am - 4pm, 10pm - 6am.

*Manage overall operations.

*Implement continuous improvement.

*Develop and oversee staff.

*Based in Brecon.

THE PERSON:

*FMCG background.

*HACCP, Six Sigma and NEBOSH will be beneficial.
