Quality SpecialistI am currently working with an exciting, rapid-growth Pharmaceutical company in Kent who are looking for a Quality Specialist to join the team. As Quality Specialist, your purpose will be to assist the QA Managers and other QA team members in the implementation of all aspects of the Generics Quality System. You will also be tasked with carrying out QA approval of appropriate product for release as required.Quality Specialist Responsibilities:Perform QA release for medical devices and where appropriate medicinal product.Assist QA by performing QA review of batch documents prior to QP release.Review artwork for all products ensuring that the artwork complies with the relevant legislation and there are no errors.Maintain master and controlled copies (as appropriate), for relevant Quality Management System documents including, but not limited to, Standard Operating Procedures, Medical Device Technical Files, Artwork and SPCs throughout the product life cycle.Manage the process customer and supplier approval. Maintain the approved supplier and customer lists and circulate to all relevant parties.Manage the systems for Deviations, Non Conformances and CAPAs ensuring that incidents are reported, investigated and closed in a timely manner.Provide support for preparation for Regulatory and customer inspections. Participate in inspections as required.Compile Product Quality Reviews are to the relevant schedule and appropriate standard.Quality Specialist Requirements:A minimum of five years working in a Quality Related function in the Pharmaceutical, Food Supplements or Medical Devices IndustriesExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team or independently to deadlineExcellent attention to detailKnowledge of quality systemsWorking knowledge of Microsoft office packages and root cause analysis toolsPlease get in touch as soon as possible if this role is of interest - the deadline is imminent!
