Title: Commercial Finance Manager

Location:Manchester City Centre

Salary: £400 per day

An established retailer head quartered in Manchester is seeking a commercially astute Finance Manager to join a pivotal position. You will be responsible for working with various non-finance senior leaders, providing key commercial analysis and presenting business cases to support decision-making.

Responsibilities include:

* Support the business partnering team in preparing business cases and presenting to senior management

* Develop financial models to improve the business case development process

* Assist in a variety of ongoing commercial projects, providing key insight and analysis

* Provide challenge to ensure the strategic direction of the business is maintained

* Develop and present investment appraisals on new projects and opportunities

This is a fantastic role within a truly commercial team.

The successful candidate must have:

* ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified Accountant

* Advanced Excel and financial modelling experience

* Experience working within a similar role within retail or FMCG is advantageous

* Must have proven experience in developing business cases
