A small rapidly growing tech company based in London is looking for a Pre-Sales Technical Analyst to join its team. This is a new role which you can make your own and as you are able to work from home you can be located anywhere within UK or Dublin, however, you will have a desk available to work at in the London office if needed. The company will work with you to understand your long-term career aspirations to ensure you have the development and growth opportunities needed to achieve these. This is a home based technical role reporting into the Sales and Marketing Director. As the Pre-Sales Technical Analyst your responsibilities will include:Developing expert skills in the software solutions the company sells and implements.Supporting the sales team with customer-facing technical pre-sales assistance.Confidently delivering product demonstrations and presentations at internal and external events.Attending meetings with potential clients and working with the rest of the team to determine their technical and business requirements.Monitoring all new products for release and new features - providing regular demonstrations and updates to the teams.Supporting the marketing team by producing effective tools such as pre-recorded demos and videos to use in campaigns and promotions. We are keen to speak with people about this Pre-Sales Technical Analyst position who have the following skills and experience:
Degree 2:1 or above in a computing or scientific discipline or which has involved use of computing methods / a recent graduate who can demonstrate knowledge of this area.Technical knowledge and practical experience of one or more of the following computing technologies: Microsoft Azure 3, Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365.Strong presentation / demonstration and problem-solving skills.The ability to occasionally travel around the UK and Europe, as the work may require client site visits. The company is a reseller and implementer of market-leading information management software and caters to clients in a vast array of industries including Finance, Insurance, Legal, Pharma and Retail. In return, the Pre-Sales Technical Analyst will receive a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 pa. In addition to training and development opportunities, the company also offers an annual bonus linked to personal performance and a share of annual company profit, workplace pension and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
