IT Analyst - Field basedOur highly renowned and respected client is looking for an IT Analyst (Field based) to join their team on a permanent basis. The IT Analyst will cover a site near Rotherham as well as others as and when needed. The IT Analyst will be offered a company car, brilliant benefits and a highly competitive salary.Reporting to the Infrastructure Team Leader, the successful candidate will be a mobile 2nd/3rd line point of contact. The IT Analyst will carry out a wide and varied array of installations, configurations and generic IT support, with excellent communications skills, self-discipline and self-motivation.IT Analyst (Field based)- Key Skills:
'€¢Working knowledge CompTIA Server+ / MCSA preferable but not essential.'€¢Worked in similar roles for 2 years, with experience of using 3rd party hosted datacentres.'€¢Working knowledge of Microsoft Server technologies - Active Directory, DNS / DHCP Services and Group policies. (Microsoft Server 2008 through to 2019)'€¢A solid understanding of network concepts (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP).'€¢Experience of managing and maintaining VDI. (Citrix / Microsoft)'€¢Working knowledge of SAN storage solutions and technologies. (iSCSI / fibreChannel)'€¢Experience working with VMware based hypervisors and management software.'€¢An understanding of ITIL processes and change management.'€¢Methodical approach to problem diagnosis and troubleshooting.'€¢Flexible and adaptable approach to working in order to meet the requirements of the business.'€¢Willingness to learn new technical skills.
