Project Management Support - SC / NATO Secret Clearance

Essential Experience and Education:

* 3 years of experience in any of the following areas: Project Support, CIS Plans, Service Desk or IKM Management

* ITIL Foundation

* Service Management Toolset: Working knowledge

* Word Processing: Working knowledge

* Spreadsheet: Working knowledge

* Graphics Presentation: Working knowledge

* E-mail clients/ Web Browsing: Working knowledge

* MS Visio: Working knowledge

* MS Project: Working knowledge

* MS SharePoint: Working knowledge

Desirable Experience and Education:

* 5 years post related experience.

* Work experience with Customer Relationship Management

* Work experience from a NATO environment

* ITIL Expert
