At Westminster City Council, we believe in creating a ‘City for All'. Somewhere people are born into a supportive and safe environment. Somewhere they grow and learn throughout their lives. And somewhere they can build fantastic careers in world-leading industries.
This is our vision for our community, and we've teamed up with the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea to expand and improve our services to help us get there. This is your chance to work with two outstanding London boroughs and change lives in the process.
As our Dynamics Product Manager, you'll spearhead the use of our Dynamics 365 CRM platform across the boroughs of Westminster and Kensington and Chelsea. The role is a great opportunity to bring huge change and innovation to two high profile local authorities, boosting our services and adding considerable experience to your record in the process.
You'll create the roadmap for Dynamics 365 and manage its delivery through to launch. This includes coordinating our product teams, executing scrum sprints, engaging key stakeholders and prioritising spending. By liaising with users and our engineers effectively, you'll make sure we achieve operational excellence through the platform and high levels of user satisfaction.
You'll also explore further opportunities to optimise Dynamics 365 and continually build on our capabilities beyond launch, matching our business needs with best-in-class technology solutions.
You'll need a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 and its CRM capabilities, plus a wide knowledge of broader Microsoft platforms.
In terms of experience, you'll be confident working in an agile manner to deploy successful user-centred products and solutions, leading complex, cross-functional teams in the process.
You'll take a systematic, analytical approach to all your work, combining this with exceptional interpersonal skills and effective stakeholder management. You should also be open to collaboration and promote creative, innovative thinking across the board.
There aren't any specific minimum qualification standards, although accreditations in Dynamics 365, Agile working and ITIL are preferable.
As a progressive and innovative organisation, we welcome applications from candidates keen on working in an agile environment with flexible conditions.
The Council and its partners are committed to achieving diverse shortlists for all vacancies at Band 4 or above to support our desire to increase the number of staff from underrepresented groups in our workforce. If you are from a black, Asian and minority ethnic background (BAME), we invite you to self-declare this to the hiring manager as part of our positive action commitments.
What We Offer:
This is your chance to take real ownership of your work, right in the heart of London in a bi-borough service with Westminster, a true ‘City for All' and a flagship council plus the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, a vibrant and culturally diverse central London borough which is home to places of huge cultural importance.
This is a one-of-a kind place where different ideas and perspectives are welcome, and your work truly matters. We never stop aiming higher - join us and help shape our city for years to come.
