Technical Product Manager London to £120k
Technical Product Manager (Data ETL Kafka Finance) *Remote Interview WFH*. As a Technical Product Manager within the Data Analytics team you will act as an SME and be instrumental in building an industry leading integrated reporting and data analytics capability that is compliant in today's banking environment and flexible enough to cope with changes requirements. You will develop a clear and prioritised product backlog, utilising your experience of data modelling to inform a pragmatic approach and contribute to the design of new functionality as well as expanding existing product features.
Driven by technology the company can offer a remote interview / process and 100% work from home during the current social distancing measures with 2-3 days a week WFH thereafter. Requirements:
Extensive experience of designing and delivering Data Warehouses or Data Lakes in a financial services environment developing solutions to support self-service reporting for BI and Regulatory Reporting
Strong Data Modelling skills with the ability to drive the importance of a robust data model and standards within the development process
Strong SQL skills including ability to query
Good knowledge of key data and analytics technologies; including Kafka Confluent, Big Data storage formats (Avro, Parquet, Orc), stream processing frameworks (i.e. Flink or Beam) and BI reporting tools (i.e. Tableau or Qilksense)
Ability to collaborate with cross functional Agile teams
