Reed Professional Services (RPS) has engaged with one of the key Central Government departments to work on a large and complex internal infrastructure project. In order to further compliment the team delivering these programmes, RPS have an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager to join our team of experts based in London to facilitate the successful PPM delivery and support.Who will you be working for?With a wealth of experience to draw on through working with customers from a variety of sectors including Banking, Media and Central Government, Reed Professional Services (RPS) understands the broad scope of identifying business opportunities from concept to delivery, with programmes that are end solution focused. Our emphasis is on developing quality from the outset, testing at every step to keep both budget and deliverables on track. What will you be doing?You will be joining our RPS's delivery team as a Product Manager who will support the further development of a crucial internal change management tool and help drive new iterations and improvements to the platform - from a classic change management tool, to a more service-based platform. The product currently uses Jira, but the plan is to migrate this to a Service Now front end. You will be working with senior stakeholders and highly skilled engineering teams to develop the platform in line with snr management requirements.The product currently manages a range of internal customer projects and allows the deployment and roll out of various projects across the client's estate. Below are the key skills that we are looking for in this Product Manager:Experience: Demonstrable experience in a Product Manager role working with complex high volume products and ideally previous experience working with / on GDS / Government infrastructure tech stacks.Skills: Previous experience working with Jira (or Confluence), Previous experience working with Service Now, Proven experience working with cross functional tech and non-technical teams.Candidate must hold valid & active Security ClearanceIf this sounds like a challenge you would relish, we'd love to hear from you, so please apply below.
