Assistant Infrastructure Manager - 2 year FTCWorking in the heart of London, our leading banking client has an opportunity for an Assistant Infrastructure Manager to join their team on an initial 2 year fixed term contract. This role will allow you to work with a diverse range of technologies as well as be part of a tight knit team serving the banks infrastructure landscape. A background within the Banking industry is highly desirable but applicants with strong Infrastructure and team leadership experience will be considered.Role responsibilities:

'€¢Management of a small team of PC Support Analysts'€¢Provision of guidance, direction, support and motivation of the IT Network and Infrastructure team'€¢Planning the installation, upgrading and maintenance of the Bank's SWIFT and sanctions screening systems, both in the live and disaster recovery environments.'€¢Play an key part in an upcoming office move

Skills required:

'€¢Microsoft Windows 2008/2012 Server, Windows 7'€¢Microsoft Exchange 2016 & Microsoft Office 2010'€¢CA ARCserve, McAfee Anti-Virus software'€¢Shoretel IP phones'€¢Active Directory'€¢HP Storevirtual'€¢VMware

Desirable skills:

'€¢Microsoft SQL'€¢Cisco networking'€¢Misys Equation suite of server products'€¢Working knowledge of IBM i5'€¢SWIFT experience (desirable)'€¢Microsoft accreditation preferable.
