We are seeking an IT Technician to join us in August 2020 . You will work under the direct supervision of the IT Service Delivery Manager. You should be a confident user in a range of desktop applications and be able to explain technical issues tailoring your response to appropriate audiences. You should have exceptional skills in the use of spreadsheets, databases, presentation and desktop publishing software. As well as working at City of London Academy, Highgate Hill you will also be required to work at various locations across the Trust within London. Excellent communication skills both oral and written are an essential part of the role to be able to deal with staff, students and external agencies. Normal hours will be between 8.00am and 16.00pm. It is expected that you would be available to support certain meetings outside of these hours by agreement in advance for which time off in lieu will be accrued.
