* Providing remote telephone and desktop support

* Implementing projects on a ad-hoc basis

* Providing a link between sales and ICT department to convey requirementsThis role requires candidates to have:

* Microsoft Certified Qualifications

* Technical skills including: Windows Server, Citrix, VMware, Vsphere, ITIL, SQL Server, Windows, Microsoft Office

* Excellent communication skills
