The function is located within the SET (Support Efficiency & Transformation) department in particular in the business system owners team, which is responsible for the evolution of the IT tools.

Job description

In order to improve the functioning of the operational teams, the group has implemented the "LEAN teams" initiative. And to support this, there are the "continuous improvements" (CIs) - the constant improvements- of processes and IT tools.

Ci's are medium-sized improvements that are not included in the major development projects, but that follow their own roadmap within and are created by the operational teams themselves to provide a solution to their daily problems.

As Technical Coordinator of the Ci's, you are responsible for fine-tuning the technical elaboration of the national CIs:

You are in contact with local teams to clarify the application and achieve sufficient maturity to start developing the solution.

You'll interact with the development teams to collect the estimates of the cost of each CI and you'll be able to see the delivery of the necessary developments by the IT teams.

You organise a regular screening of all CIs at national level to maintain the correctic image in the succession tool (JIRA). On a recurring basis, you inform the local teams about the status of the different CIs at the national level.

Required profile:

* You speak and write fluently English, Dutch and French.

* You have experience in coordinating technical projects.
