Title: Bookkeeper / Administrator

Location: Manchester

Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum

Our client is looking for an Bookkeeper / Administrator to be based in Manchester.

Key responsibilities:

Answering the phone from clients and booking in work for the landscapers to undertake.

Speaking to clients about quotes which have been provided by the landscaping team.

Preparing accounts through Xero and Excel ready to be submitted to the accountant.

Liaising with the external accountant and payroll regarding figures and wages.

Providing excellent customer service to new and existing clients.

Keeping in regular contact with the head landscaper/director regarding new and existing work.

In peak times about to work in a fast paced environment.

Requirement and Attributes:

Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry.

Experience in Bookkeeping and providing quotes to new and existing clients.

Excellent data entry skills.

Great telephone and communication skills.
