We have fully integrated Salesforce and are looking to expand our small team at a gradual pace, starting off with a newly created role - Salesforce Business Analyst. You will be reporting directly into the Head of Business Systems and be working with a Developer and a Data Analyst for project implementationRole & ResponsibilitiesDeployment between environments and reviewing updated functionalityEngage with stakeholders and collaborate with team membersBuild functionality with an understanding of client capability and setupImplement technical changes via configuration, customisation and eco-system solutionsBe able to work in a small team of developers, data analysts and administratorsReporting directly into the Head of Business Systems Manager

Skills & QualificationsSalesforce Administrator certification (ADM201)Lightning ExperienceStrong Salesforce Configuration and Customisation of user interfaceExtensive Stakeholder Management/Client Facing experienceBe able to translate business requirements to technical documentationFinancial Force and Docusign Integration experience (preferrable)Financial Services industry experience (preferrable)
