Heating and Plumbing Site ManagerOxford5 Month Fixed Term Contract£27,000 - £30,000 Pro RataAre you from a Heating and Plumbing background with supervisory experince looking to get into a Site Manager role?Do you want a chance to move off the tools?With multiple sites, this company have been going for over 20 years and specialise in the renewable energy industry. With increased government backing and a boom in the industry, they have grown from strength to strength. With the changes to lockdown policy they are about to begin work on a new site and as such require a Site Manager to join the project.In this role you will be covering 4 small sites in Oxford. Working closely with the Project Manager you will oversee all activities and subcontractors on site. You will be responsible for health and safety and site inductions. The role will also involve liaising with the tenants and relevant neighbours to advise of ongoing work and timescales. The nature of the work undertaken for these projects is relatively small scale so won't require any crane or scaffolding tickets.This is the perfect role for someone looking to take on a relaxed managerial role for a few months while things get back to normal.The role:

*Manage 4 small sites

*Responsible for on site health and safety

*Liaise with tenants about project progressionThe person:

*SMSTS or SSSTS

*experince supervising others or running sites/projects
