This progressive software business is a cloud based, digitally driven, very fast moving operator. They are expanding their very successful B2B software and service business rapidly.

Note: This is a 12 month fixed term contract

In this role you will conduct training needs analysis, design and produce learning course materials and deliver them. That's the nub of it, but into the deal comes remote training due to home working, the challenge of finding engaging materials, plus the researching and implementation of very modern leaning techniques. You will be working on soft skills training; product training and you'll work will all staff up to and including senior management. You'll get freedom and license to design and deliver in your own way, but it will be at pace and delivered to a keen and interested audience.

- You'll already be a learning manager - sadly, this isn't a role for someone who wants to learn on the job

- You'll have immediate and deliverable ideas for how we develop engaging content for our remote working teams.

- You'll hopefully have worked in software before and know the challenges of delivery software and service training

- You'll be a do-er, delivering your own materials, predominantly, rather than managing outsourced agencies delivering training

- You'll be a natural presenter, the sort of person people love being in a room with and can't wait to hear what you have to teach them
