Automation Engineer London to £120k

Automation Engineer (Python Linux CI/CD Automation) *Remote Interview*. Would you like to work on challenging projects and gain valuable knowledge of financial trading systems as part of a diverse, supportive Agile team that encourages continual learning?

You could be joining a global Investment Management company. As an Automation Engineer you will develop automation tools using Python with the aim of automating software deployment, data quality checks as well as the visualisation of backend services and the activity within those services.

You'll be joining a hugely talented team with counterparts in Singapore and Montreal and will learn and develop your technology skills and business knowledge with opportunities to move into Technical Leadership if desired.

Driven by technology this company is able to conduct an entirely remote interview process during the current circumstances.

Requirements:

Strong Python development skills

Experience of developing automation tools within a DevOps environment; good knowledge of CI/CD

Good understanding of Systems Engineering, the full development lifecycle and Computer Science fundamentals

Good knowledge of Linux OS

Collaborative with good communication skills
