Role & ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate should be a 'hands-on' subject matter expert in Salesforce.com, and specialise in Agile project delivery, team leading/mentoring and business relationship management. You will be expected to take the strategic initiatives from the sales and marketing functions across Europe and translate into a solutions architecture to deliver the benefits. For this role, you need to demonstrate that you are able to communicate clearly and confidently, leading both technical briefings and business requirement gathering sessions.Skills & QualificationsSalesforce Administrator certified (ADM01)Solutions/Technical Design and BuildTranslate business Requirements to Technical DocumentationLeading successful CRM deploymentsExperience in program management & pan-European project managementHas worked on areas such as, Sales, Service and Marketing CloudStrong Configuration experience in Salesforce LightningStrong Customisations experience in Salesforce LightningBe able to conduct workshops and training sessionsBe able to gather and define requirements for implementation
