Salesforce Development Manager/Architect - Birmingham - Up to £65,000 An End User based in Birmingham are looking for a Salesforce Development Manager to join their team and play a key role in driving managing technical teams and maximising the platform across the business. The Company-End User based in Birmingham-Flexible working arrangements (3-4 days remote if needed)-Working with strong Salesforce teams to deliver projects on time and to budget Key ResponsibilitiesLiaising with stakeholders to establish the needs of clients, as well as managing their expectations and setting agreed objectivesManaging a team to deliver complex Salesforce projects on time and to budget, motivating and influencing team members to be accountable and achieve successTaking responsibility for the people and defining project objectives and deliverables across the full lifecycleEnsuring Salesforce roadmap is defined and on track; analysing engagements for ongoing functional enhancementsIdentifying potential risks and developing solutions to manage them Key RequirementsDeep understanding of Salesforce and its capabilitiesExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologiesAbility to negotiate for project delivery successExperience of Project planning, Issue, risk and change managementExperience of coaching, developing and managing teams Strong communication skills with proven stakeholder management experience Interviews are taking place throughout next week, so please apply now and we will schedule a call to discuss the role in more detail!
