Operations Analyst - Insurance

London

6 month Contract

A leading Insurance business based in the heart of the City, is looking for an Operations Analyst to come in and support the delivery continuous improvement of core performance management division processes by taking ownership of a variety of work streams.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing the end to end operational processes working with the business to ensure successful delivery against strategic objectives.

The Ideal candidate will have experience as an Analyst across insurance working on end to end projects across the insurance industry showing a proven track record of delivering within large-scale complex operational processes across multiple stakeholder groups. You will also need to show evidence of working on programs and projects specific to data and regulatory change as well as working closely with MI reporting.

You must have the ability to analyse core operational processes, understanding its impact on the business and have shown a proven track record of taking ownership of each process as well as having the ability to analyse, manipulate and present MI from various sources. Confident stakeholder engagement and effective end to end delivery skills are key.

Key Skills:

* MUST have Insurance experience

* Strong experience in working on data and regulatory environments/ MI reporting

* Proven track record in delivering on operational process change

* Understanding of data governance and structures

* Strong stakeholder management skills

* highly experienced in MS Word, Excel PowerPoint.
