PMO LEAD, Pharmaceutical Industry, Hatfield (Hertfordshire) Due to Eisai EMEA replacing their current SAP ECC6 system with SAP S/4 HANA we require an experienced PMO Lead to join the project team to support the Project Leadership in the planning, managing and controlling the SAP S4 HANA project. For this role, you will support the Project Director and a team of Workstream Leads, therefore good communication and collaboration skills are essential. Ultimately, you will ensure their projects meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget Main duties/responsibilities: Project management controls and supportEnsure programme plans at L1 and L2 are created and maintained, detailing and coordinating activities across the project workstreams.Ensure that project risks, issues, actions and decisions are recorded and maintained at programme level in the Programme RAID log and are monitored through to completionCoordinate change requests in line with Change Control methodologyPrepare and distribute project documentation to internal teams and key stakeholdersSupport the project director in all areas of project deliveryCoordinate, schedule and manage workshops, regular team progress and hoc meetings throughout the projectSupport the creation and maintenance of project status reportsSupport project progress and stage gate meetings including status summary materialCo-ordinate and manage document reviews, monitor responses and action on review comments, ensure document approvals are executed and formal project documents are stored in a secure project repository.Support the Project Director in maintaining the project governance structure and reporting cascadeSupport the Project Director in the management of the project budgetSupport to and maintenance of project resource forecasts/tracker Relationship ManagementReport directly to Project Director EMEA SAP S4 HANA.Interface proactively with the Global Project Team in JapanLead the Project Management office teamEMEA stream team membersExternal consultantsThe position will require a high degree of interaction with project team members and will be predominantly site/office based. Skills and aptitude required:Strong experience in PMO delivery support for global ERP programmesPMI-PMP / Prince 2 Certification is highly desirableStrong teamwork and excellent communication and organisation skillsStrong drive to deliver results along with the humility to roll up your sleeves and dig into the detail where required.Ability to deal with ambiguity, evaluate and propose and action plan for successResilience and ability to deliver under pressure.Experience of ERP project delivery in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is highly desirable
